Care Instructions for Silk Instrument Items
To take care of your new silk item, please take note of the following info!
Keep your item dry
When you pack up, clean rosin dust off your instrument and strings with a soft, clean cloth
If your case has a velcro strap at the neck to hold the instrument in place, be careful to keep the hook side of the velcro away from your silk as it will snag and get fuzzy
When you first received it, it was probably wrinkled from being packed up. You can iron it with a moderately hot iron and it should get rid of all of that. Keep the iron moving and make sure the steam setting is OFF!
